Privacy Statement
Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP)
This Privacy Statement explains what information TRP collects through this website and our journals' submission systems, why we collect it, and how it's used and protected.
What we collect. When you register an account, submit a manuscript, or agree to review for one of our journals, we collect information you provide directly — name, email address, institutional affiliation, and any other details required for the submission and peer review process (such as ORCID ID, if provided). Our website may also automatically collect standard technical data (browser type, IP address, pages visited) through normal web server logs.
How we use it. The names and email addresses submitted on this site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Process and manage manuscript submissions and peer review
- Communicate with you about the status of a submission, review invitation, or editorial decision
- Maintain records required for publication ethics, corrections, or retractions, where applicable
- Send occasional journal announcements or calls for papers, if you've opted in to receive them
Who can see it. Author and reviewer identities are handled according to each journal's peer review policy (TRP journals use double-blind review, meaning reviewers and authors are not identified to one another during the review process). Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with our technical service providers (e.g., our OJS hosting provider, our DOI registration agency) strictly as needed to operate the journal.
How long we keep it. We retain submission and account records for as long as necessary to maintain the scholarly and ethical record of published work, respond to post-publication concerns (e.g., correction or retraction inquiries), and comply with our archiving and preservation obligations.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held in our systems, subject to our need to retain certain records for publication integrity and legal compliance. You can unsubscribe from journal announcements at any time via the link provided in those emails, or by contacting the editorial office directly.
Cookies. This website may use cookies or similar technologies to support basic site functionality and, where applicable, anonymized usage analytics. No personal data is sold or used for third-party advertising targeting through this mechanism.
Contact. Questions about this Privacy Statement, or requests regarding your personal data, can be directed to the editorial office of the relevant journal, or to TRP's publisher office through the Contact page.
This statement applies to all journals published by Tomorrow's Research Publications. Individual journals may reference this same statement rather than maintaining separate versions.
