Author policies

Every article is free to read on publication, with no embargo, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors keep their copyright. See Copyright and Licensing Policy.

Article processing charges

An Article Processing Charge applies only after acceptance, with no submission fee and with waivers available. See Article Processing Charges.
