Every journal published by Tomorrow's Research Publications operates under the same core set of policies, regardless of subject area. This page brings those together in one place; each journal also carries its own copy of these policies on its individual "About the Journal" pages, with the journal's specific name and details filled in.
We publish these policies openly, in full, rather than summarizing them on request — because authors, reviewers, and readers should be able to see exactly how we operate before they decide to work with us.
Author Policies
Everything an author needs before, during, and after submission: manuscript preparation (IEEE format), informed consent and human/animal rights requirements, copyright and licensing, data sharing, plagiarism screening, corrections and retractions, and our no-fee publishing model.

Open Access Policy
Every article published across every TRP journal is immediately and permanently free to read, with no embargo and no subscription, under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.
Article Processing Charges
TRP charges no APC and no other author-facing fee, on any journal, at any stage. Publication is entirely free for authors.
Publication Ethics
We follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Core Practices across every journal we publish — covering authorship, data integrity, plagiarism, duplicate submission, and how we handle allegations of misconduct.
Plagiarism Policy
All submissions across all TRP journals are screened using iThenticate before entering peer review.
Digital Preservation
Published content is archived through CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network, ensuring long-term accessibility independent of any single journal's or publisher's ongoing operation.
Advertising Policy
TRP journals may display clearly labeled third-party advertising, which has no influence on editorial content or decisions.
Complaints Policy
Concerns about editorial decisions, reviewer conduct, or publication ethics are investigated by an editor not involved in the original matter, following COPE guidelines, with escalation available to the Editor-in-Chief and then to TRP's publisher office.
Individual journals may include additional, subject-specific requirements beyond this baseline (for example, biosafety disclosures for synthetic biology submissions, or sequencing data deposition requirements for genomics journals) — these are listed on each journal's own policy pages.
