About the Journal

Microbiome is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP). It covers the microbial communities that live in, on and around living systems, from the human gut and skin to soil, oceans, plants and the buildings we work in.

The most interesting findings in this field increasingly cross the line between human and environmental microbiome research, and the journal is built to welcome that work rather than split it. We publish original research, methods papers and critical reviews.
