Aim & Scope
Genomica is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP). It covers the sequencing, structure, function and evolution of genomes, whether human, animal, plant or microbial.
We publish original research, computational methods and critical reviews on how genomes are read, how they are interpreted and, more and more, how they are edited.
Scope
We welcome original research articles, reviews, short communications and case-based studies in areas including:
- Comparative and evolutionary genomics
- Functional genomics and gene regulatory networks
- Structural variation and genome architecture
- Clinical genomics, including rare disease, cancer and pharmacogenomics
- Epigenomics
- Plant and agricultural genomics
- Population genomics and genome-wide association studies
- CRISPR and genome editing methods
- Computational genomics and long-read sequencing
