Aim & Scope
Frontiers in Entropy is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP). It publishes research on entropy in all its forms, from thermodynamics and statistical mechanics to information theory and complex systems.
Entropy turns up in physics, chemistry, biology, engineering and computing, and the journal is meant to be a place where people working on it from these different directions can read one another's work.
Scope
We welcome original research articles, reviews, short communications and case-based studies in areas including:
- Thermodynamics and statistical mechanics
- Entropy and information theory
- Non-equilibrium thermodynamics
- Complex systems, chaos and emergence
- Energy systems and heat transfer
- Quantum thermodynamics and quantum information
- Entropy in biological and chemical systems
- Entropy-based methods in data science and engineering
