Aim & Scope
Bioethics is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP). It is a home for careful thinking about the moral questions that medicine, the life sciences and emerging technologies keep raising, often faster than law or professional codes can answer them.
We publish work from philosophers, clinicians, lawyers, social scientists and researchers who deal with these questions in practice. Empirical studies sit alongside conceptual analysis, and we especially value papers that take a position and argue for it clearly.
Scope
We welcome original research articles, reviews, short communications and case-based studies in areas including:
- Clinical and medical ethics
- Research ethics and research integrity
- Public health ethics and resource allocation
- Ethics of genetics, genomics and biotechnology
- Ethics of artificial intelligence in health and science
- Reproductive and end-of-life ethics
- Environmental and global bioethics
- Law, policy and the regulation of biomedical innovation
- Consent, privacy and data ethics
- Teaching and practice of bioethics
