Aims and Scope — Transcriptome
Published by Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP)
Aims. Transcriptome covers the full set of RNA transcripts a cell or organism produces, and what that reveals about gene expression, regulation, and cellular state — with an emphasis on methods and applications across biology and medicine.
Scope. The journal covers:
- Bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing methods and analysis
- Alternative splicing and isoform diversity
- Non-coding RNA (lncRNA, miRNA, circRNA) function and regulation
- Spatial transcriptomics
- Transcriptomic biomarkers in disease (cancer, neurodegeneration, immune disorders)
- Comparative transcriptomics across species and tissues
- Transcriptome dynamics in development and differentiation
- Computational methods for transcriptome assembly and differential expression analysis
Article types. Original research, computational methods papers, and critical reviews.
Audience. Molecular biologists, genomicists, bioinformaticians, and disease biomarker researchers.
