Aims and Scope — Frontiers in Entropy
Published by Tomorrow's Research Publications (TRP)
Aims. Frontiers in Entropy treats entropy as a unifying concept across physics, information theory, and complex systems — publishing work that applies entropy-based thinking across disciplines rather than confining it to one subfield.
Scope. The journal covers:
- Thermodynamic entropy and non-equilibrium statistical mechanics
- Information theory and Shannon entropy
- Entropy in complex and chaotic systems
- Entropy-based measures in machine learning and data compression
- Entropy in biological systems (e.g., molecular disorder, evolutionary dynamics)
- Quantum entropy and quantum information theory
- Entropy production in far-from-equilibrium systems
- Applications of entropy in network science and econophysics
Article types. Original research, theoretical/mathematical papers, and critical reviews.
Audience. Physicists, information theorists, complex systems researchers, and machine learning theorists.
