Aims. Connectome covers the mapping and function of neural connections, from individual circuit wiring diagrams to whole-brain connectivity networks, linking connectivity data to behavior and disease.

Scope. The journal covers:

• Structural and functional brain connectivity (MRI, DTI, fMRI-based mapping)
• Connectomics methods and large-scale neural circuit reconstruction
• Graph-theoretic analysis of brain networks
• Connectivity changes in neurological and psychiatric disease
• Comparative connectomics across species
• Development and aging of neural connectivity
• Computational and machine learning methods for connectome analysis
• Links between connectivity patterns and cognition or behavior

Article types. Original research, imaging/methods papers, and critical reviews.

Audience. Neuroscientists, neuroimaging researchers, computational biologists, and clinical neurologists/psychiatrists.
